Q: What is Krown Moda Canada?

A: We are a Toronto-based wholesaler and distributor of top end fashion labels from around the world. We generally buy and sell wholesale in large quantities to retailers, outlets and other wholesalers throughout the world, but we've decided to open up some of our inventory for sale to the public. 

Because we buy and sell in such large quantities, we have much greater buying power than a typical retailer, and we're able to pass on our volume savings. This translates to huge discounts for you.

Q: How does this work?

A: It's simple. Keep checking our front page for news on what's available for sale. We don't operate a store, so the only available inventory will be what you see posted on the site. Quantities are limited and we sell everything on a first-come, first-served basis. Some items move faster than others, and at any time, a retailer might come in and buy everything up, so you may need to be quick. If you're interested in what you see on the site, by all means come by and check it out.

We do our best to keep you updated on the status of our active inventory, but feel free to send us an email if you want to make sure we have your size. If you can't make the trip right away, we can hold an item for up to 3 days.

Q: How else can I get updates?

A: We have a free e-mail newsletter to which you can subscribe. New updates will be sent straight to your inbox so you'll know about our sales the minute they start. You can also subscribe to our RSS feed or even follow us on Twitter for real time updates on our inventory.

Q: Where are you located?

A: We're in the Downsview area of North York. Our building is located on the Northeast corner of Chesswood and Sheppard. We are easily accessible by car or the TTC. For directions and maps, go to our Contact page.

Q: Are you open to the public?

A: While most of our business is in wholesale distribution, we occasionally release selections of our stock to the public for purchase at huge discounts. Keep an eye on our home page if you want to know what's currently available, or sign up for our newsletter to get our updates straight to your inbox.

Q: When can I drop in?

A: While our sales are on, visitors can come by our facility on weekdays from 9:30 am - 4:30 pm.

Q: Do you have an online store?

A: At this time, we only offer goods for local pickup at our Toronto location. We generally release stock to the public in limited quantities on a first come, first served basis. At any time, a buyer might come in and purchase the rest of our active stock, therefore we are unable to dedicate inventory to an online storefront.

Q: Can you ship to me?

A: Sorry, only local pickup in Toronto is available at this time.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept payment by cash or Interac debit. If you wish to pay by credit card, we accept Visa, MasterCard or American Express. All prices are in Canadian dollars.

Q: What is your return policy?
 

A: Due to the nature of our business, we are unable to handle returns. We are not a retail store, and by purchasing from us you are essentially buying single units at wholesale. The reason we are able to offer such low prices is because we do not have many of the overhead costs associated with running a retail operation.

All of our items are brand new and in perfect condition, but we ask that you inspect any garment you are interested in for any flaws or defects before purchasing to avoid potential headaches. We have a changing area on the premises where you may try on any garments you like to make sure they fit.

Q: Can I make a bulk purchase and get a discount?

A: Our prices are already well below retail, and we generally offer additional discounts for purchasers of multiple items. This will differ depending on the sale, so be sure to read the details when our updates are posted.
